Costs of reinstatement are between $1,200 plus GST up to $2,800 plus - depending on what needs to be done. My pegs were removed and they have not been accommodating to my request for reinstatement and simply deny any liability - despite the pegs being moved whilst the site was under their possession or control. This is a large expense to reinstate pegs that should not have to be incurred due to the pegs being interfered with/moved during the build process. Then out on site we had great communication with our construction CSC and our site supervisor. Even with any issues that came up they were clear and helpful and we are now happy and settled in our new home. Hi En D, Clarendon arrange an Interim Occupation Certificate so that you may move into your home after Handover. A Final Occupation Certificate must be arranged by the homeowner from the Certifier or Council who approved your home once landscaping works, including driveways are completed by the homeowner after handover. You need to visit domainehomes.com.au to see the design, and then make sure you select either NSW or QLD as there are small differences. Hi, our Home was built in 2008, I have noticed under the alfresco area the nails which hold the plaster board ceiling are all visible in the end section of the alfresco. I’m concerned about the stability of the ceiling and safety for my family. Why you are unable to refund my tender deposit of $5k even though i pointed you more than 25 mistakes in tender document in comparison to sales agreement and requested cancellation within 24 hrs. Moreover i was never told about any cancellation charges before signing the tender.

Yes we had delay's due to shortages of Trades, but still the supervisor managed to either keep us informed or keep things moving even if they were slow at times. Now that we have moved in he is still ringing and seeing how everything is and helping out where he can. The build quality was good for a volume builder and anytime there was an issue the supervisor had it sorted out promptly. From start to finish we were overall happy with going with Clarendon and would definitely recommend them.
